Raimundo Krishna Esteva

I'm Krishna — half-Indian, half-Mexican, born in Pennsylvania, and raised between three countries. I studied Math and Economics at MIT, started my career at McKinsey, and have spent the years since building products I believe in across fintech, insurtech, clean energy, and electric vehicles.

I've worn a lot of hats — PM, GM, BizOps, Head of People, interim engineering lead — and I'm happiest when I'm stretched beyond my comfort zone with a team I love. At NerdWallet, I led the Banking vertical and later ran product for the member experience. At Super.mx, I led product and engineering for a Mexican insurtech. Now I'm Head of Product at Stable Auto, working on electric vehicle infrastructure.

What ties it all together is a fascination with systems — how technology reshapes industries, how culture shapes the products we build, and how the best ideas often come from unexpected intersections. Growing up between cultures taught me that the outsider's perspective is a superpower: you see what insiders take for granted.

I'm based in San Luis Obispo, California with my wife and two kids. Outside of work, I'm probably cooking dinner with friends, hiking, traveling, or trying (and failing) to keep my plants alive. I believe the best builders are the ones who stay endlessly curious about the world beyond their screens.
